This seven day, six night surfing and wellness adventure encourages you to tap into your body, mind and soul. Spend your days surfing, exploring the black sand beaches, and practicing Yoga in the oceanfront shala, adventuring on land or in the ocean, or relaxing in a hammock with a great book.
Each day is yours to create as your best day ever. Six days in a row.

Chelsie's love for yoga and travel found her in Ubud, Bali, 11 years ago where she took her initial training and she's been teaching, learning, and deep-heartedly sharing her passion in studios, homes, and parks ever since. Chelsie is a Registered Yoga and Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow. The practice of yoga encourages you to choose presence over perfection, to loosen your grip and tune into the natural ebb and flow of life. Chelsie's classes have a strong focus on this sense of fluidity, with a constant reminder to stay curious and explore with movement. Her approach is alignment led and gentle, but will challenge you to play with your own limits. Chelsie hopes to initiate those "aha!" moments into your practice, whether it be through the use of props for depth and support, modifications, creative transitions, or simply words that resonate. Chelsie resides in Northern Alberta, Canada and spends her time off the mat adventuring outdoors with her husband and their three kids.
