This seven day, six night surfing and wellness adventure encourages you to tap into your body, mind and soul. Spend your days surfing, exploring the black sand beaches, practicing Yoga and MELT in the oceanfront shala, adventuring on land or in the ocean, or relaxing in a hammock with a great book.
Each day is yours to create as your best day ever. Six days in a row.

Stacy is a wellness coach, movement practitioner, and body worker. She holds degrees in Kinesiology - Exercise Science and Spanish, has 18 years of experience and 2 decades of ongoing study. She finds immense joy in problem solving the ever-evolving human form; in body, mind and soul. Her initial career track to be a Physical Therapist felt too limiting, pushing her into a more holistic path of prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. Her work is informed by extensive training in a variety of progressive and researched modalities aimed at restoring health and improving vitality. Some include: Functional Fitness, MELT Method, Alignment Based Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique and Health Coaching.
One who has taken the hard path to healing and found these tools out of necessity, Stacy quite literally feels your pain. Struggling with her own chronic shoulder and neck pain from the ages of 15 - 22 from a volleyball overuse injury led her to find solutions that actually worked while improving her self-awareness, ultimately empowering her to become the expert about her own body and finally get out of pain.
Stacy's multidisciplinary, flexible and teamwork style of coaching leads her clients to simultaneously listen to their intuition while being guided with an efficient and sustainable approach. Stacy offers in-person, online, on-demand and retreats for private clients, groups and corporate wellness. She enjoys spending time in nature with her family, cooking, and is currently relearning to play the piano.
Chelsie's love for yoga and travel found her in Ubud, Bali, 11 years ago where she took her initial training and she's been teaching, learning, and deep-heartedly sharing her passion in studios, homes, and parks ever since. Chelsie is a Registered Yoga and Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow. The practice of yoga encourages you to choose presence over perfection, to loosen your grip and tune into the natural ebb and flow of life. Chelsie's classes have a strong focus on this sense of fluidity, with a constant reminder to stay curious and explore with movement. Her approach is alignment led and gentle, but will challenge you to play with your own limits. Chelsie hopes to initiate those "aha!" moments into your practice, whether it be through the use of props for depth and support, modifications, creative transitions, or simply words that resonate. Chelsie resides in Northern Alberta, Canada and spends her time off the mat adventuring outdoors with her husband and their three kids.
