It has been a priority in my life to embody a healthy, playful and active lifestyle and after nearly three decades devoted to teaching mind-body practices, I'm deeply committed to empower others to do the same. Having immersed myself in various yoga disciplines and mind-body practices, enriched by decades of traveling, I bring a tapestry of varied certifications and experience to my teaching and health coaching. It brings me such joy to gather people together from all walks of life to be in the work of yoga, or perhaps retreat together in a spectacular location. I currently reside in North Carolina with my husband of 32 years Joe, and we have two grown sons both who are married. My life’s journey as a military spouse has instilled in me a profound passion for veteran advocacy and mental health awareness, reflected in my volunteer work and outreach efforts within the military community. I'm deeply grateful for my rich life experiences and for the many connections I've made along the way, all of which continue to shape and inspire my current teaching philosophy.
