Are you ready to take a retreat that's completely for yourself? Are you looking for a place that's healing, rejuvenating and inspiring? Where you will connect to yourself and others on a deliciously deep level without the day to day distractions? Where at the end you don't feel like you need a vacation from you vacation...
This is exactly what we've been looking for and found within Sansara.
Join us for 5 nights at the magical place of Cambutal. We are looking forward to practicing yoga twice daily. The mornings will be a vinyasa practice, getting your body ready for the day whether that's to surf, rest in the hammock, spa time or another activity your heart desires. At the end of the day we will find rest with yin yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
Sansara offers hammocks, a beach side lounge, salt water pool, beach loungers and many more places to hang out together or relax by yourself. Be inspired to leave your phone in the room and forget about it. Take one of the bikes up the dirt road to explore new beaches, go on a SUP for a low tide paddle, go surfing, get a massage at the spa or book a sunset horse ride.
On one of the days we will explore one of the most remote coastlines of Panama to enter Cerro Hoya National Park where we will enjoy the jungle and a beautiful hidden waterfall. We launch from the Cambutal fishing port and go about 50 minutes down the coast to the Lajas river. There we disembark and walk up-river to a beautiful waterfall and natural swimming pool. We relax and enjoy the falls before heading back to the beach for a traditional Panamanian style lunch and return to Cambutal.
