We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City (PTY) on Saturday, November 13th. This gives you one day/night to explore the historic district of Panama (Casco Viejo). On Sunday, November 12th between 8:00-9:00am the included transportation will pick you up from one of the recommended hotels in Casco Viejo, see below.
Please note: on the return, we suggest also enjoying an extra night in Panama City. If you need to fly out, please book a flight no earlier than 6:00pm on Saturday, November 18th. The included transportation on the return, from Sansara to Panama City’s drop off takes place at the same recommended hotels. Airport transportation is not included.

Genevieve Munro is an experienced yoga teacher and trainer who has been sharing her passion and practice for over 10 years. She has run yoga retreats and teacher trainings around the world, as well as locally in her community of Ottawa, Canada.
Genevieve is known for her creative vinyasa sequencing, and transcendental yin classes. She believes the roots of yoga are deeper than the physical body and she emphasizes the mind-body-spirit connection weaving elements of philosophy and meditation into her classes to create a holistic transformative experience.
