Yoga Teacher Training
A transformative yoga teacher training centered on connectivity, openness, and self-discovery. Embark on a transformative 16-day yoga teacher training journey with Lead Trainers Sean Alexandra, Jennifer Liu and Assistant Trainer Daphne Bourbonnais, as you immerse yourself in the tropics of Cambutal. Together they will lead you through daily yoga sessions, breathwork, engaging lectures, and immersive workshops. This experience will empower you, deepen your connection with your inner voice, and instill confidence in your capacity to share and teach the foundational principles and techniques of yoga.
Unlike any other YTT, this program continues to support you after training. You will have online access to your trainers for six months post-training to help you integrate your learnings into your new role as a certified Yoga Teacher. For those coming from Toronto, Canada, you will have three months of online support post-training as well as a three month free membership to Vibe Ten Studio.
Together, Sean, Jen and Daphne have 15+ years of teaching experience, each having their own specialties that they will impart into your training such as trauma-informed yoga, functional mobility, and assisting and adjustments. The eclectic collection of their experiences will ensure that you receive a well-rounded education filled with perspective and variability.
The decision for them to build the most comprehensive YTT program came because for all of them, for one reason or another, yoga saved them. From feeling lost and disconnected, from dealing with body dysmorphia, from struggling with depression and anxiety, and even financial hardship, yoga was the one thing that they unanimously agree to have been the thing that helped turn their lives around.
Within the practice of a yogic lifestyle, Karma work (giving back) is important. Sean, Jen, and Daphne, by serendipitous timing, all found themselves ready and able to begin their journey of giving back. Yoga has served them abundantly and the time to pass on the abundance has come. The time is now. With you.

Jennifer is a yoga and breathwork teacher, entrepreneur, founder of Vibe Ten Studio (@vibeten) in Toronto, Canada, and a mobility specialist. She began teaching in 2017 after completing her 200hr YTT in Costa Rica. After studying in traditional hatha and vinyasa for the early years of her career, an injury led Jennifer to acquire a deeper understanding for biomechanics. She studied with Dr. Spina and obtained a speciality designation as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. At her studio, Jennifer incorporates both yoga asana, introspection, and mobility to teach fluid Vinyasa sequences that are fun, spicy, and empowering.
Currently, Jennifer is a Key City Market Ambassador for lululemon and has taught for the company as well as F45, University of Toronto, RioCan, St. Mikes Collegiate Institute, and Soft Landings.
Daphné (she/her) is a dedicated teacher with a lifelong passion for music and yoga. After over 20 years of intensive violin study, the pressures of classical music led her to seek balance through yoga. This led her to complete her first Yoga Teacher Training in Montreal, enabling her to share the practice of yoga with others.
Eager to combine movement and music for her students, Daphné completed a 100-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training. Most recently, she got more certifications expanding her knowledge in Hands-on Assists and Yin Yoga. With over a decade of experience teaching violin and yoga to people of all ages, Daphné is passionate about creating a spark in people that allows them to find a piece of themselves through their learnings. On top of teaching her weekly classes, she loves running workshops & mentoring new teachers to help them pass along the teachings to the best of their ability. She is eager to help set a new foundation through this YTT.
