Entry Requirements
Travelers will be exempt from presenting a negative Covid-19 test for entry as long as they can provide physical or digital proof of a complete vaccination scheme endorsed by the WHO, EMA and FDA, equal to or great than 14 days after the last dose.
All travelers are required to present their completed Electronic Health Affidavit (in physical or digital form) to their airline carrier BEFORE boarding to Panama. To register and fill out your Health Affidavit, CLICK HERE
Where do I fly into? | When in Panama City.
When booking your flight for this retreat, you will be flying into Panama City International Airport (PTY).
We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City (PTY) on Saturday, August 20th. This gives you one day/night to explore the historic district of Panama (Casco Viejo). On Sunday August 21st between 8:30-9:00am the included transportation will pick you up from one of the recommended hotels in Casco Viejo, see below.
Please note: on the return, we suggest also enjoying an extra night in Panama City. If you need to fly out, please book a flight no earlier than 6:00pm on Saturday, August 27th. The included transportation on the return, from Sansara to Panama City’s drop off takes place at the same recommended hotels. Airport transportation is not included.

Pick Up and Drop Off Information
If you have chosen to use the complimentary shuttle service from Panama City to Sansara, pick-ups will begin at 8:30am sharp on Sunday August 21st.
Pick up is ONLY available from the hotels we have recommended above.
If you are a resident living in Panama City, or you are not able to stay at one of our recommended hotels but want to use the transportation, please take a taxi and meet at The American Trade Hotel by 8:15am.
We recommend to our guests that you enjoy a nice breakfast prior to starting your journey, and that you pack a few extra snacks and water for the ride. It is a long travel day, and we want to ensure it is an enjoyable one.
