Since 2021, Meghan and Heather have been leading transformative yoga retreats that blend movement, mindfulness and community. With Heather's 20+ years of teaching experience as founder of Revel Yoga and Meghan's approach blending modern science with ancient wisdom, they create experiences that are both grounding and liberating. Their shared mission is simple: make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and deeply nourishing for everyone.
Expect breath-centered vinyasa flows that honor alignment and anatomy, practices designed to cultivate strength and flexibility, and a welcoming space for compassionate self-inquiry. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Meghan and Heather will meet you exactly where you are helping build connection to yourself, find steadiness through life's changes, and step away from the noise of daily life.
Students leave feeling restored, grounded and more deeply connected to themselves - carrying home a renewed sense of peace, clarity and the tools to continue showing up for their own well-being.
Meghan has spent the last 15 years teaching yoga extensively in public schools, hospital settings, yoga studios, internationally and privately. Her teaching combines the best of both modern science and ancient wisdom with a strong emphasis on balanced sequencing. Through the lens of yoga, Meghan offers movement & stillness based practices designed to help students cultivate greater awareness, autonomy, connection and appreciation.
Heather has been teaching yoga since 2002 and founded and owns Revel Yoga. Her journey began with a single class that transformed her perspective and left her feeling at home within - herself. This experience fueled her passion for yoga as a steady, grounding force during life's ups and downs.
Heather's mission is to make yoga fun, approachable, and welcoming for everyone. Her approach to class focuses on alignment, transitions, and building a connection to yourself - not on achieving Instagram-worthy poses. Yoga, for Heather, is about showing up for your mind, body, and breath, creating a space to grow in wisdom, peace, and community.
