What are we going to do? Whatever you want. There will be daily offerings of yoga, meditation and breathwork, kid's yoga and family yoga. There will be surf, surf for all levels, surf lessons and warm turquoise water. There will be bikes, paddleboards and chocolate sand. There will be healthy, delicious food...really, really good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There will be games, growth sessions, massage, horseback rides, night swims and more. But you don't have to do any of it, you can do whatever you want. It is just you, any version of your family and the uncharted waters of what lies within each of us. When booking your flight for this retreat, you will be flying into Panama City International Airport (PTY).
We recommend you to spend at least one night in Panama City both on the incoming and outbound components of your trip; Saturday July 25th, and again on the return component Saturday August 1st.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information
If you have chosen to use the complimentary shuttle service from Panama City to Sansara, pick-ups will begin at 8:30am sharp on Sunday July 26th, 2025. Pick up is ONLY available from the hotels we have recommended above. If you are a resident living in Panama City, or you are not able to stay at one of our recommended hotels but want to use the transportation, please take a taxi and meet at The American Trade Hotel by 8:15am. We recommend to our guests that you enjoy a nice breakfast prior to starting your journey, and that you pack a few extra snacks and water for the ride. It is a long travel day, and we want to ensure that it is an enjoyable one.

An experienced wellness teacher with thousands of hours of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breath work and nutrition education including UCI Health, Mindful Schools, Bio Hacking Breathwork Materclass, Ashtanga Yoga Center and Karma Kids Yoga. An expert in the field of kid’s and teen yoga with over 12 years of experience working with kids and teens in studios, sports, schools, homes and virtually. Coming from a family of athletes (her dad is Baseball Hall of Famer, Don Sutton), she grew up knowing the importance of physical well being and how powerful it was to have a strong mental game. It was when she was a young adult that she discovered mental, physical and emotional health through meditation and yoga. It was life changing and she had to share it with others. After many years of working with adults, Staci considered what a difference it would make if kids could receive these tools early in life and plug them into kids and education meeting kids where they are at. Her passion for yoga and love for kids came together with Bala Shala, yoga for kids with classes and videos and The School Well, where she educates teachers and kids of all ages directly. She lives in Laguna Beach, Ca with her husband Tim and their children, Baylie and Cash.
