Patricia is a yoga teacher and certified strength coach with a background in functional movement, injury rehab, and applied anatomy. With over a decade of experience, she guides accessible and balance movement practices that support strength, mobility, and long-term well-being. During the retreat, she'll lead strength training, HIIT, active mobility sessions and relaxing recover work (SMR with massage balls). She'll also offer guided meditation and pranayama to help participants reconnect with breath and body. her goal is to make movement sustainable, empowering, and inclusive - no matter your experience or limitations.
Marwa is a movement facilitator whose greatest passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels powerful, intuitive, and sustainable. Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement should feel good - not punishing, performative, or one-size -fits-all. With a focus on running, Pilates, strength training, and yoga, she weaves together different modalities to support each person's unique rhythm and capacity. Whether you're chasing a stronger core, deeper breath, or more grounded mindset, her classes meet you exactly where you are - and encourage you to move forward from there. At the heart of her work is a simple idea: your body isn't a project - it's a place to come home to.
