The Shift: Intent in Motion

We often say:
"In an ideal world, I'd take more time for myself... I'd move more, breathe deeper, and reconnect with what truly makes me feel alive."

What if that time was now?
We invite you to experience The Shift: a unique retreat under the Panama sun to slow down, move, breathe, and spark real transformation.

This will be a week to:

  • Move mindfully through Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, and Running
  • Take time to reconnect with yourself and nature
  • Join inspiring workshops to nourish both body and mind
  • Create space to recharge and build what truly matters

Everything is optional and open to all levels - you choose what feels right for you, every step of the way.

This week is an invitation to initiate The Shift - that moment when intention turns into action and you step into a fresh start.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Patricia Retreat Leader

Patricia is a yoga teacher and certified strength coach with a background in functional movement, injury rehab, and applied anatomy. With over a decade of experience, she guides accessible and balance movement practices that support strength, mobility, and long-term well-being. During the retreat, she'll lead strength training, HIIT, active mobility sessions and relaxing recover work (SMR with massage balls). She'll also offer guided meditation and pranayama to help participants reconnect with breath and body. her goal is to make movement sustainable, empowering, and inclusive - no matter your experience or limitations.

Marwa Retreat Leader

Marwa is a movement facilitator whose greatest passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels powerful, intuitive, and sustainable. Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement should feel good - not punishing, performative, or one-size -fits-all. With a focus on running, Pilates, strength training, and yoga, she weaves together different modalities to support each person's unique rhythm and capacity. Whether you're chasing a stronger core, deeper breath, or more grounded mindset, her classes meet you exactly where you are - and encourage you to move forward from there. At the heart of her work is a simple idea: your body isn't a project - it's a place to come home to.
