I wanted to share something that feels quietly special…

This week was created for people who feel how fast everything has become.  The noice.  The constant stimulation.  The sense of always being “on”.

Guided meditation retreat

Susan & Judy hold a deeply balanced container.  With a strong Yang: energizing, powerful flow classes that build heat and focus and with a grounding Yin: restorative, calming practices designed to soften and settle the nervous system.


 

This week is for those who want both sides of the practice.  Challenge and surrender.  Strength and stillness.  Movement and deep rest.

You don’t need to be an experienced yogi.  You simply need to arrive as you are, ready to explore what balance feels like in your own body.

Susan and Judy share a long history with Sansara.  This is where their retreat journey began years ago, and returning here feels like coming home to Panama, to the elements, to the rhythm of the ocean and jungle that naturally slow everything down.
