Choose from our house-made toast or Panamanian tortillas topped with your choice of creamy hummus or smashed avocado. Finished with Middle Eastern marinated cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, a sprinkle of feta cheese, and 2 poached eggs. Served with a small mixed green salad.

CINNAMON SPICED STEEL CUT OATMEAL

Creamy oats, served with your choice of milk- oat, almond, soy, coconut, or cow. Topped with housemade granola & local honey.

AHI TUNA CROQUETTES
Aioli miso, kale and lemon with tree tomato dressing.

MUSHROOMS MISO SOUP
Asian Miso soy stock, rice noodles, seasonal veggies, kale, spinach, crusted sesame tofu, toasted peanuts, mushrooms.

CRISPY SESAME DUMPLINGS
Stuffed dumpling, caramelized onions, and green grapes deglazed with sake, roasted peanuts and ginger, sweet-bitter and spicy miso seasonal veggies.

Beef on a Vindaloo jus with blue cheese, rosemary and lemon potatoes, confit artichokes and cherry tomatoes.

ROSTED CHICKEN OVER SQUASH RISOTTO
Brined and roasted chicken served with a fresh arugula salad and confit figs.

PEANUT CRUSTED FISH
Fish fillet of the day served with sautéed vegetables over a squash ginger puree and mango sweet chili sauce.

SEARED AHI TUNA, SESAME CRUST
Ahi Tuna in a sesame seed crust with ginger glazed, grilled polenta, kimchi, caramelized nuts and seasonal veggies salad.
