"The Wild Southern Coast of the Azuero Peninsula of Panama is one of the most uniquely diverse regions of the world due to its exposed coastline and deciduous tropical forests. The rocky shoreline hosts natural cave structures, hidden beaches, and immense tide pools home to a wide array of tropical sea life." ~Azuero Adventures
This peninsula is also home to Sansara Surf & Yoga Resort. We invite you into our home where there is no better launching pad to explore everything this region has to offer during your six-night stay in our luxury oceanfront beach resort.

Sansara came to life out of a deep drive to create a sense of home for others, where all are welcome and encouraged to be curious and explore the depth of a fulfilling and empowered life. Janel is not only the co-owner and operator at Sansara but our primary yoga teacher at Sansara. She is known for her lighthearted but highly specific approach to the yoga practice and believes in the power of the practice. Encouraging students that every time one steps onto the yoga mat there is an opportunity for growth and greater understanding of the self, both physically and spiritually. When she's not on her mat, you can find her spending time with her beloved husband or running the beach with their 2 kids.
