We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City (PTY) on Saturday, August 5th. This gives you one day/night to explore the historic district of Panama (Casco Viejo). On Sunday, August 6th between 8:30-9:00am the included transportation will pick you up from one of the recommended hotels in Casco Viejo, see below.
Please note: on the return, we suggest also enjoying an extra night in Panama City. If you need to fly out, please book a flight no earlier than 6:00pm on Saturday August 12th. The included transportation on the return, from Sansara to Panama City’s drop off takes place at the same recommended hotels. Airport transportation is not included.

Sansara came to life out of a deep drive to create a sense of home for others, where all are welcome and encouraged to be curious and explore the depth of a fulfilling and empowered life. Janel is not only the co-owner and operator at Sansara but our primary yoga teacher at Sansara. She is known for her lighthearted but highly specific approach to the yoga practice and believes in the power of the practice. Encouraging students that every time one steps onto the yoga mat there is an opportunity for growth and greater understanding of the self, both physically and spiritually. When she's not on her mat, you can find her spending time with her beloved husband or running the beach with their 2 kids.
Bryan is the co-owner and founder of Azuero Adventures, a locally based ecotourism company highlighting the unique natural experiences of the Azuero Peninsula of Panamá. Bryan's background in biology and a life as a waterman surfing, sailing, and spearfishing giving him a deep appreciation for the wildness of the area. Bryan, in concert with his partner and co-founder Alessa, have focused Azuero Adventures on community involvement and inclusion as well as driving initiatives for conservation.
