Sansara can host groups from 8 to 31 guests (including hosts) in mixed occupancy room arrangements. Smaller groups are especially well suited to our green season, while bookings from January to April require a full resort buyout to host a retreat. Our retreats team will work to understand your needs, market, and retreat goals to help you target the ideal week and group size to match your vision.
We recommend securing your dates 12 – 18 months in advance for the best selection, especially during peak season. Some leaders even reserve their next year’s retreat before departing to ensure their ideal timeframe. Longer lead times also provide both hosts and Sansara with longer lead times and expanded marketing opportunities to fill spaces.

Absolutely. We encourage leaders to make their retreats unique with curated add-ons. We have an in-house team and work with trusted local providers for services like photography, breathwork, massage, or guided excursions.
We understand life happens. While our retreat contracts outline specific terms and minimum guarantees, we’ll work with you. Communication is key, and keeping our shared Google Drive updated with your latest registrations allows us to best support you and make timely adjustments to help ensure your retreat’s success. If needed we will work with you to adjust accommodations, reconfigure room assignments, or open additional spaces to non-retreat guests.
Yes, our yoga shala is fully equipped with mats, blocks, straps, bolserts, and blankets. We can also provide basic AV equipment for presentations, music, or guided sessions.
Yes. as long as the schedule allows and it’s coordinated in advance. Many leaders incorporate evening events like sound baths, cacao ceremonies, or storytelling circles to create memorable moments for their groups.
