Drawing upon her research on wellbeing at work, mindful awareness, and her experiences as a professional educator, Sabre Cherkowski will host a series of conversations that will give you an opportunity to reflect together on what it means to live your life to the fullest.
She will guide you through processes and practices designed to awaken you to your purpose and passions, and evoke a sense of energy, play, curiosity, & compassion as you learn about habits of mind and heart to grow more of what you want in your life…. and, we’ll SURF!

As a professional educator, Liz Saville is a dynamic leader and passionate about creating atmospheres for diverse groups of women to share in her love of adventure, travel, sport and wellness. Her curiosity about how women choose to ‘do’ life all over the world drives her passion to learn from others as she teaches, leads and adventures. Liz strongly believes in the relationship between personal health and wellness and spending time connecting to our natural surroundings. Exploring and adventuring helps Liz find the balance she needs between being a mother, a wife, an educator and simply herself.
Dr. Sabre Cherkowski brings her experiences as a researcher, teacher, parent, and coach to her passion for working with women to guide their learning about how to live out a life of passion, purpose, play, and adventure.
Sabre is a published author and keynote speaker on topics such as wellbeing at work, professional learning & development, and leadership.
Finding ways to integrate her love of adventure, exercise, experiencing nature, and sustaining friendships has been important for Sabre to balance her work and her life as partner to her husband and mother of two teenagers.
Over 15 years as a yoga practitioner has solidified Chantal's belief in the power of yoga in creating purpose, strength, stability and flexibility in both body and within the mind. She looks forward to sharing her passion as she guides retreat participants through postures and movements rooted in finding the calm, stillness and space for authenticity and physical and mental health and wellness.
