At Sansara Resort Restaurant we offer mouthwatering, wholesome food 7 days a week, with meals that feature local fish, farm-raised poultry, and local fruits and veggies. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

 

We serve only fresh, in season and local (from farms in our area) foods that will leave you feeling perfectly pampered and undeniably full. Below is a sample of our menu for you to enjoy.

Breakfast

Roasted Vegetable Omelet
choice of 2 or 3 eggs, served with seasonal fresh fruit, and house made whole wheat toast

Chopped Avocado Toast
slow poached eggs, grilled tomatoes, and cilantro pesto

Roast Beet & Garlic Hummus
served atop grilled bread, with soft poached eggs and wilted greens

"Old School" Breakfast
2 eggs any style, served with roasted rosemary hash and seasonal fresh fruit

Soul Bowl
steal cut oats, with healthy grains and house made granola, almond milk, honey and fresh fruits

Gluten Free Banana Zucchini Bread
french toast, coconut caramel (DF), shaved coconut and agave nectar


Lunch

Taco Trio
Choice of 3 tacos- grilled fish, chicken, or shrimp. Served on a handmade corn tortilla with mango pico de gallo and cilantro lime.

Garden Gangster Bowl (V)
Spiral cut vegetables served atop tri-color quinoa and a lemon tahini dressing. 

Thai Style Buddha Bowl (V)
Kale, fresh vegetables, pickled cucumbers, roasted peanuts and chili peanut sauce. Served with rice noodles.

Grilled Garlic Hummus Wrap (V)
Fresh vegetables, roasted squash, and Lebanese garlic sauce. Served with soup or salad.

Pulled Chicken Shawarma
Fresh grilled pita bread, with crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled cucumber. Served with a tabouleh salad.
