Surf Summit is the second in a series of high-end action sports camps/retreats, gathering the world's top business leaders, change-makers, and adventure athletes to learn what we consider to be the world's top 7 adventure sport. Many of our participants are members of YPO, EO, and Summit Series, but most importantly, they're humble leaders, founders, and athletes who strive to build the best version of themselves.
Marshall is a pro poly-action sports athlete, the CEO/Founder of Vestigo (a company that utilizes virtual reality experiences to train leaders to embrace innovation and navigate change through a mindset of courage), a TEDx speaker, and an adventure podcast host. 99% of the time he is living a mobile lifestyle in a decked out Vandoit sprinter van, traveling across the US (and the world) to feed into his love for action sports.
Maggie lives in Chattanooga, TN with her husband and their dog. She’s a “people and culture” consultant, helping startups and small businesses be great places to work. She loves snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing when she can, live music, traveling, and playing fiddle/violin in a band. She’s led a few different retreat groups at Sansara and simply can’t get enough.
