Join Curtis and Lynette at Sansara Surf and Yoga Resort for a week of renewal. The week will focus on creating balance on and off the mat. Create space in your life for self-care and rejuvenation. We will begin each morning with a meditation and energizing flow practice and end each day with a nourishing yin, restorative, or yoga nidra practice. This Flow and Restore retreat is for everyone. We offer modifications for every body. Along with a twice-daily yoga practice, expect a nourishing workshop, a surf lesson, and lots of restoration at this magical space. We hope you’ll return to your daily life with a sense of peace in your mind, body, and heart.
Option to add customized surf instruction, adventures or massages upon arrival
