Kate MoonRetreat Host & Yoga Instructor
Hello soul seekers! I'm Kate Moon - a Charleston, SC based yoga instructor known for my creativity and deep heart work. I believe that yoga is practiced and lived each and everyday as we move through life on and off the mat and I challenge my students to become aware of that; to become aware of themselves. My classes are a combination of deep introspection, breath, movement and stillness. I like to weave in playful, creative movement while balancing it with the traditional asanas as we explore how traditional yoga shifts, as we honor it's roots. I hold a collection of over 600 hours in training in yoga and strive to let all of my teachings shine through in my classes.
