*** We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City on Saturday, March 28th & spend one night exploring the historic district (Casco Viejo). On Sunday, March 29th between 8:30 AM & 9:00 AM our transportation company will pick you up from one of the recommended hotels in Casco Viejo. On the return, we suggest flights no earlier than 6:00pm on Saturday, April 4th

Laura deRome loves to encourage students to move towards their fullest potential through heart opening alignment and life affirming philosophy. Laura has been playfully exploring and sharing yoga since 1996, when she first started practicing and teaching as part of the Sivananda tradition. She received her E-RYT500 through the Anusara School of Yoga and continues to study and practice passionately.
