Join Jim in paradise for six nights and seven days at the amazing Sansara Resort located at the southernmost point of Panama on the Pacific Ocean. We will practice twice a day. Morning sessions will focus on strength, mobility, balance, and functional movements while the afternoon sessions will focus more on breathwork, meditation, and relaxation. In between classes you'll have the time for surfing, SUP, hiking, bike riding, massage, naps, and (of course) delicious meals. Expect to sweat a little, breathe a lot, laugh uncontrollably, and leave with the mental clarity that defines yoga.

His classes incorporate functional movements, mobility exercises, and meditation.
