Adrianne teaches a creative, smooth and soothing vinyasa flow class that combines movement with breath, expression, and a bit of humor. She began practicing yoga 20 years ago in London and from the very first class she was hooked and knew that becoming a teacher would be her way to share the practice with everyone. Adriane thoroughly believes that yoga is a vital part of her wellbeing and uses it as her tool to calibrate her inner compass for living with the humble and simple goal of finding joy in everyday life.
Adrianne completed her 400-hour Teacher Training in India at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in 2003, where she spent 3 months living and studying the traditional ancient system of Yoga. She has also trained with Baron Baptiste and Godfrey Deveraux in London, England. Since then, she has been teaching both private and group classes as well as SUP Yoga in Argentina, Australia, England, Mexico and Panama.
