Wake to the gentle sounds of ocean waves and sea breezes, before heading to the oceanfront Yoga Shala for an invigorating yoga sequence led by Trenton. Her juicy practice sets the tone for a fabulous day ahead. After breakfast, experience the thrill of different adventures each day*, including professional surf lessons, a 4x4 tide pool excursion, hikes, SUP, or a bike ride, followed by lunch and some time to simply relax and take it all in. Use this time to reflect, rejuvenate, laugh your heart out with newfound friends, enjoy a beach-side massage, or simply lounge by the pool without a care in the world. *For days without structured activities, there are plenty of options to build your own adventure. We will come together for a delicious group dinner, followed by a soul satiating restorative / yoga nidra class, led by Laura, to close out our day and usher you into dreamland.
Three Peas Adventures was founded in 2021 by a group of travel enthusiasts who wanted to make it easier for people to discover new destinations, cultures and experiences. Having met each other on a similar type of trip, we know first hand just how valuable bringing the right group of people together can be. We are passionate about travel and believe that everyone deserves to have amazing adventures. Unlike traditional yoga retreats, Three Peas Adventures proudly embraces the concept of a balanced, multi-faceted experience. Wile we recognize the importance of health and well-being, we also understand that true balance encompasses so much more than hours of yoga practice and strict detox regimes. We believe in creating an environment where health, healing, inspiration, adventure, culture, landscapes, delicious food, good vibes from feel-good folks, and fun times seamlessly intertwine. A setting where link-minded individuals gather to connect, share stories, create memories, feel true joy, and forge lifelong friendships while simultaneously incorporating the healing elements of yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry work for an enhanced experience.
Trenton has been in the fitness industry since 1982, teaching aerobics, step, and personal training. In 2014, she stepped into her first yoga class and her life took a drastic change for the better. It rockers her world through not only fitness, but allowing her mind to slow down and enjoy each and every day she is given. The summer of 2016, Trenton was certified as a 200hr RYT from Heart & Soul Yoga by Brad Offutt and began sharing her new found passion. In November of that year, she traveled to Arizona to add an additional 100 hours of training through the Baron Baptiste Institution and the adventure continued as her love for yoga grew. Trenton began teaching yoga to middle school girls in the public school system and that may have been her proudest hour. She had 90 young yoga students soaking up everything she could give them. In July of 2019, she traveled to BAli and received her 300hr RYT with Zuna Yoga. After retiring from the public school system in May of 2020 after 26 years, she became the manager of Heart & Soul Yoga. She loves to share her passion for yoga and how it has healed not only her body, but her mind and heart as well. Trenton is so excited to share her love of yoga with you and to offer daily, juicy classes to enrich your retreat experience.
